Resolution Reboot – Beginner to Advance

Have you fallen off the wagon with your New Years fitness resolution? Our Resolution Reboot Challenge is a collection of 18 HIIT style sessions run 3 days per week over 6 weeks.

These sessions have been tried and tested around the mine sites of Western Australia and are designed to cater to the masses! They are highly adaptable and suitable for people of all levels of fitness and training experience!

10,000 Swing Challenge – Intermediate to Advance

Commencing May 2022

The 10,000 Swing Challenge is an Atlas take on a classic Dan John workout that has been floating around the fitness industry since 2013, tried and tested by thousands! With 4 and 5 week options and 500 swings per session, this challenge is designed for those with at least 2 years of training experience and yields some serious results for those serious enough to take it on!

Easy Strength – Intermediate to Advance

Commencing July 2022

A Pavel Tsatsouline inspired 8 week program designed to power through those plateaus!

This is a 5 day per week program (Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat) for people who feel like their strength gains have plateaued. The only requirement is buying into the system and trusting the process.
